The terms that apply when you use this website or work with Codixity. Last updated: 19 October 2026.
These terms apply to your use of codixity.com and to the services Codixity provides. When we work together, the proposal or quote we send you forms part of our agreement. If anything in a signed proposal differs from these terms, the proposal applies.
We design, build, redesign and maintain websites and online stores, mainly on WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify, along with related services such as speed optimisation, SEO foundations and AI chat integrations. The exact scope of each project is set out in its proposal.
Every project receives a fixed quote before work begins. Prices on this website are starting prices; your final price depends on the agreed scope. Payment terms, including any deposit and milestones, are set out in your proposal. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it.
To keep your project on schedule, you agree to provide content, images, logins and feedback when needed, and to confirm that you have the right to use any material you send us. Timelines may move if information or approvals are delayed.
Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in your proposal. Further changes can be made at our standard rates or under a care plan.
Once your project is paid in full, you own your website, its content and your domain. Third-party themes, plugins, apps and fonts remain subject to their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio.
Websites rely on services we do not control, such as hosting, domain registrars, payment gateways, Shopify and plugins. Their fees, availability and terms are set by those providers.
Post-launch support is provided as described in your package. Ongoing updates, backups and monitoring are available through our monthly care plans.
We work carefully and test thoroughly, but we cannot guarantee that a website will be free of every error or always available. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.
Either party may end a project in writing. You pay for work completed up to that point, and we hand over the completed work once that payment is made.
We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always on this page. Questions? Email info@codixity.com.
